    Learn the way of tea with a certified instructor. A genuine 80-minute experience.

    This 80-minute program is designed for first-time participants and seasoned visitors alike. Begin with an introduction to the history and philosophy of Chado — the Way of Tea — then watch a certified tea master perform an authentic temae (tea preparation) demonstration. You'll then have the opportunity to try preparing matcha yourself, guided step by step. The session concludes with two servings of freshly prepared matcha and a seasonal Japanese wagashi sweet, enjoyed at a relaxed pace in our tranquil tatami room.
